Report: Quarma

Name: Quarma Kaietsu, Frost

Findings:  The first Leader of the Soulshard Catillion, Quarma is a dangerous foe and a great ally. He seems to use a variety of weapons, mainly TG related. He also appears to be a competent Pokémon trainer, and can use Ice and shadow magic. He somehow started the TG war, due to a spelling error. During the TG war, he was briefly turned into an insectoid robot to fight Vorhias, due to a prayer to Boomerang Kuwanger. It is still unknown if he is able to use these powers, as it was lost in a vicious battle with Leila Stoat.  He also started the fun game of Vorhias ball, which isn't practiced much anymore.  After having a bit of a duel with Leila due to her invention of female to male transformation ray, he became the referee of the war, leaving the leadership position to Ssbguy.  He later gave the position to Demon and stayed on the sidelines for the rest of the war, appearing only once to get Croc. During that time he appeared to be interviewing aspiring participants in the TG war. He also participated in the TG Race, but withdrew near the end of the first one.  After the war he seems to be in a battle with Blackshirtboy. He has lately agreed to return to the leader position in the second tg war, commandeering the Red Dawn, under the name of Frost. His attitude to the whole war is that of boredom, and seems to not take the whole war seriousely

Allies: for allies Quarma has his sister Jewel and his father Bruho (which sometimes gets  TGed). He also seems to be related to the Presentor, a villain seeking to stop time and progress.

Danger Level: Medium. Quarma is dangerous only when doing surprise attacks. He has been able to hold his own in normal fights, but not always. Due to his current state of disintrest in the war, he may be less dangerous than ever.
